If you are not part of Team Impact and want to sign up, PLEASE call Coach Dave before signing up.

Please note that your player is not fully registered and will not be placed on a roster until all of the required paperwork has been submitted.

Roster spots are limited. If a roster is full, DVPW will make every attempt to place a player on a team, if not your money will be refunded.

If you or your child decide not to play, for ANY reason. "NO REFUNDS" will be given.

Please upload all the forms via your child's Sportconnect account. Do not email forms to DVPW.

****NOTE: Please wait for the final report card issued at the end of the year. Some 6 and 7-year-old kids won't have or need to upload report cards.
